The Atman Table Lamp takes its name from the Sanskrit word for “soul” — a nod to the holy oval stones its designer encountered on a trip to India, recreated here in clear crystal glass over a chrome base. It's less a light fixture than a small sculptural object that happens to glow.

A chip-on-board LED integrated into the base throws a warm, contained glow through the glass rather than out into the room, so the Atman reads as ambient bedside or shelf lighting rather than a primary light source. It comes in three distinct light colors — warm, blue-purple, and sunset red — each a separate variant, so you choose the crystal's personality up front rather than switching between them on one unit.

Because the COB LED runs hotter than a standard bulb, expect the lamp body itself to warm to 104–122°F during use — normal for this light source, and part of why the lamp ships with a full 59.1-inch cord and inline switch rather than requiring a nearby outlet directly beneath it.
