A drinking-water tap that's really an afterthought usually shows up as a second, flimsier fixture wedged in next to the real faucet. The Clearwell avoids that altogether — it's a genuine 3-way system, with hot, cold, and a separate filtered waterway built into one deck-mounted, single-hole body, so filtered water comes from the same faucet you already use for everything else.
The filtered line runs independently of the hot-and-cold plumbing and connects to a standard reverse-osmosis system through a 3/8" adapter — worth flagging directly: the RO filtration unit itself isn't included, so the Clearwell is built to connect to a system you already have or plan to add, not to replace one. That's a deliberate design choice, not a missing part — keeping the filter unit separate is what lets the faucet itself stay simple and serviceable.
A high-arc design and wide-swivel spout with a braided pull-out hose give it the reach to fill tall stockpots and cover the full width of the sink, while the flexible hose handles the rinsing and cleanup a fixed spout can't.
Solid brass carries the body and the water path, with ABS in the sprayer housing to keep it light enough to aim one-handed. It's available in four finishes — Black, Brushed Nickel, Chrome, and Gold — so the 3-way function isn't limited to a single look.
Installation includes all mounting hardware and hot-and-cold waterlines for a standard single-hole, deck-mounted setup, and it's rated to work at a minimum pressure of just 0.05 MPa, so it isn't fussy about the water pressure it needs to perform.
Building the filtered line into the faucet itself, instead of bolting on a second tap, is the difference between a kitchen with one clean fixture and one with two competing for the same six inches of counter.
