Random 73 Glass Pendant Light

The Random 73 Glass Pendant Light by Casa Norex is a blown-glass multi-pendant installation in which each shade is formed by blowing liquid glass into a folded, heat-resistant ceramic fabric vessel — the process permanently fixes the glass into a fabric-like, organically folded form that holds the impression of the textile long after it hardens. Available in configurations of 3, 8, 11, or 20 pendant heads and in round or rectangle canopies, the Random 73 scales from intimate dining table clusters to sweeping commercial or hotel lobby installations.

At Casa Norex, we are drawn to the Random 73's fabrication process — the way the ceramic fabric vessel captures its own folds and creases in glass, which means every shade carries a textural memory of the mold it was blown into, and no two heads in a cluster are identical.
