Acorn Pendant Lamp

The Acorn Pendant Lamp by Casa Norex is a study in Nordic material honesty — an inverted acorn cupule in oak and painted aluminium whose restrained, clean-capped form draws on the Scandinavian tradition of letting shape do the work that ornament usually does. The wood and metal combination reads as warm from below and architectural from above, which makes it equally at home over a dining table or hanging as a single pendant in a hallway.

At Casa Norex, we are drawn to the Acorn's oak-to-aluminium transition — the precise seam where the natural grain of the wood meets the painted smoothness of the cap, which is where the whole design earns its character.
