Edmund Pendant Light

The Edmund Pendant Light by Casa Norex is a dome-shaped ceramic pendant with a round frosted glass diffuser — a small fixture in which two contrasting materials work together to produce both character and light quality that neither could achieve alone. The ceramic dome in a natural green or walnut colour gives the Edmund a tactile, handcrafted presence, while the frosted glass beneath it softens and distributes the G9 light source into a gentle, even ambient glow rather than a directional beam.

At Casa Norex, we are drawn to the Edmund's ceramic and frosted glass pairing — the way the opacity of the ceramic shade contrasts with the translucency of the glass diffuser below, which creates a layered quality of light that draws the eye to the junction between the two materials more than to the light source itself.
