The Light Rail Pendant Lamp by Casa Norex is a modular rail-light system in which clear glass globe shades are connected to a conductive textile belt via buckle fittings — with electricity running through the woven fabric itself, so no separate wiring runs between shades. The belt can be cut to size, the shades click into place and can be repositioned, and the whole assembly can be hung from the ceiling, run along a wall, or left to drape for a more relaxed installation. Available in four configurations from three to nine heads, and in Terra Red canvas or Brown Leather belt material.

At Casa Norex, we are drawn to the Light Rail's conductive textile logic — the fact that the belt carries electricity itself, which means what looks like a decorative element is also the entire wiring infrastructure, collapsing form and function into one material in a way that no conventional pendant system can.
