The Scope Pendant Lamp by Casa Norex is a minimalist integrated-LED pendant built around an acrylic diffuser that tapers inward at its centre — a precise geometric detail that allows light to travel outward toward the edges of the disc rather than projecting it straight down, producing a broad ambient glow with no hot spots or visible light source. The result is a fixture that disappears into the ceiling when switched off and activates the entire room when switched on.

At Casa Norex, we are drawn to the Scope's tapered acrylic — the way the inward recess at the centre redirects light laterally rather than downward, which is a counterintuitive geometry that produces a far more even and atmospheric result than a flat diffuser of the same diameter could.
